our body purges magnesium when we get stressed!

“In the modern world, you shift from one stressful situation to the next. Your body dumps magnesium again and again, and your leafy green intake can never keep up.” says Dr. Lara Briden, author of The Period Repair Manual. She prescribes magnesium to "almost every patient, and for almost every period problem."

naturally sourced

Our undiluted Magnesium Mist is sourced from the ancient Zechstein Seabeds. Modern technology allows us to harvest magnesium sea salts nearly a mile below the surface. They are more potent and effective than Epsom Salts. You can experience the healing benefits of pure and concentrated magnesium with each spray.

how do you use it?

Magnesium Chloride is absorbed "transdermally", which means "through the skin." Your skin is your body’s largest organ, it's covered in pores, and acts like a sponge that absorbs what we put on it. One benefit to transdermal absorption is that you don't have to rely on your gut's microbiome health for absorption.

where to spray

Our favorite places to apply magnesium mist are:

  • Feet: Try rubbing on your feet at bedtime, covering with socks and enjoy those sweet deep magnesium dreams! Feet tend to be less sensitive than other areas which makes them a great place to apply the Magnesium Mist.
  • Armpits: Armpits are some of the most absorbent skin on the body which makes it a great place to apply Magnesium Mist. Some people even use Magnesium Mist in place of deoderant. Magnesium oil balances your skin's PH levels, stopping odor-causing bacteria in its tracks, all while letting your sweat glands breathe free. Just be sure not to apply immediately after showering!
  • Abdomen/Lower Back: Apply directly to the abdomen if you have cramping, and anywhere you have muscle soreness.

Magnesium Mist can have immediate effects but also works best when applied daily, for long term, optimum magnesium level benefits!

HOW TO USE:

Simply put, this is a topical spray, for external use only. You can spray it on your arms, legs, feet, abdomen, back, neck…and rub in. Looking for a play by play? Let’s go!

  • Start with clean, dry skin
  • Spray Magnesium Mist right on your skin, and rub in
  • Use 15-20 sprays per day to maintain optimal magnesium levels. More sprays may be used when you are experiencing more extreme symptoms. You can start with less sprays and build up if you experience initial tingling.
  • Example of use: Spray directly on your lower abdomen for cramps, temples and base of neck for migraines, feet at bedtime for a deep relaxing sleep, or on your chest and upper body for a more energizing mood boosting effect.*
  • Some tingling is normal, especially in individuals with low magnesium or immediately after a showering. As the magnesium builds in the body, the tingling usually starts to subside. Tingling is not indicative of an allergic reaction.
  • If itchiness is bothersome, follow with coconut oil or other mild lotions after the Magnesium Mist is absorbed (dry).
  • Magnesium Mist has no preservatives but a very long shelf life due to it being a salt based solution. So long in fact, we don't have an exact expiration, at minimum, your bottle can last for several years...but we think you'll use it much quicker than that! Some separation is possible.
  • Discontinue use if any irritation occurs.
  • Do not ingest.

Magnesium Mist is not recommended for persons with kidney or cardiac issues, or the rare muscle disorder myasthenia gravis.

WHY MAGNESIUM?

Magnesium deficiency symptoms like; fatigue, mood swings, poor sleep, sugar cravings, sore breasts, cramping, and headaches are common, but aren’t necessary or “normal”.  If these sound familiar, you’re not alone.

Did you know that during the last two weeks of the menstrual cycle, magnesium levels in the body naturally tend to dip way down. If you’re doing the math in your head, yes, magnesium levels are depleting and the PMS symptoms are rising…hmm I think we are onto something!

Keeping your magnesium levels topped off is one of the first stops naturalists and herbalists start when it comes to natural ways to avoid those pesky PMS symptoms. With regular use, our Magnesium Mist can help keep raise your magnesium levels.

ABOUT MAGNESIUM MIST

Magnesium Mist allows magnesium to be absorbed transdermally (ie through the skin) allowing for quick absorption. Transdermal absorption is great, because it is not contingent on your gut health, as with an oral supplement.

Reach for Magnesium Mist at the onset of symptoms like headaches and cramps. One study showed participants who supplemented magnesium had a 43% reduction in headaches.

We recommend using it daily to keep magnesium levels topped off to help maximize all of the amazing benefits of magnesium! While transdermal absorption is quick, it also builds up over time for maximum benefits!

Our Magnesium Mist is made from magnesium flakes sourced from the Dead Sea. We mix and bottled in the U.S.A. It has no preservatives, no artificial ingredients, dyes, sulfates, literally none of the bad stuff, just 100% pure magnesium chloride. High quality, high potency magnesium flakes + a little chemistry, and voila! Magnesium Mist!
