Products ship from our warehouse within 2-3 days. During major sales or promotions shipping may be delayed. Shipping cost is calculate based on cost of postage to specific zip code, and our warehouse fees. Shipping costs are not refundable. Tracking information will be provided via email after product ships. Tracking info may take up to 24 hours to update. If your tracking shows as delivered but you have not received your package, please wait 24 hours before contacting us. (Most packaging show up within this window.)
